Learn from the masters and channel your inner mixologist as you learn how to make a classic martini, Alaska martini and dirty martini. You will be guided step-by-step by Head Bartender, Christine Lam as you gorge on complimentary snacks which have been carefully chosen to maximise the nuances of the gin.
